Chief Director Pays Working Visit To Ningo Prampram District

The Chief Director of the Greater Accra Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), Mrs. Lilian Baeka has paid a working visit to the Ningo Prampram District as part of monitoring and evaluation exercise across the Greater Accra Region. She met with the management and staff of the Assembly to encourage them to work assiduously and professionally, for a better Ghana.
During the interaction section, the Chief Director sternly warned the staff against lateness, absenteeism without permission and slothful attitude towards work. She urged the Coordinating Director to sanction victims appropriately and even make deductions on the salaries of recalcitrant staff, to deter others. She tasked management to put in appropriate measures that would enhance staff productivity.
These measures included operationalization of the clocking-in system to check punctuality, re-installation of obsolete clocking devices, making resources available to staff on time for them to work with interest and enthusiasm and working to meet deadlines of every schedule especially in the budget preparation and approval stages.
She expressed her desire for the Greater Accra Region to emerge winners of the annual Regional Assessment Programme. She also entreated all those posted out of the District to report and remain in their new working environments as compliance with the rules and regulations of the service.
The Chief Director is a Planner, and member of the Ghana Institute of Planners (GIP), a Lawyer & solicitor at the Supreme Court of Ghana, a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and member of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners of Ghana.
The District Coordinating Director, Mr. Bernard Mats Yingura thanked the Chief Director for the privilege to host her and also assured her, of acting expectedly. He enjoined the staff to comply with the rules and regulations of the service and also make their challenges known to their superiors for redress.
