About Hon. Raphael Uriel Nartey
Hon. Raphael Uriel Nartey is the District Chief Executive of the Ningo-Prampram District Assembly, having been elected to the position on April 23, 2025. He brings a wealth of experience in public administration, community development, and local governance to the role.
As DCE, Hon. Nartey is the political and administrative head of the district, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Assembly's affairs, implementation of policies and programmes, and coordination of development activities across all communities in the district.
His administration is focused on accelerating infrastructure development, improving social services delivery, promoting good governance, and attracting investment to the district to create employment opportunities for the people of Ningo-Prampram.
