MIS & General Administration
The Central Administration Department is the administrative backbone of the Ningo-Prampram District Assembly. It coordinates all administrative and management information functions, ensuring that the Assembly operates efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with civil service regulations.
The department is headed by the District Coordinating Director (DCD) and encompasses several key units including Management Information Systems (MIS), Transport, Records Management, and Estates Management.
Key Functions
Management of the Assembly's Management Information Systems (MIS)
Records management and document archiving for the entire Assembly
Transport and fleet management for official Assembly vehicles
Estates management and maintenance of Assembly properties and facilities
Coordination of interdepartmental communication and administration
Preparation of Assembly agenda, minutes, and official correspondence
