NADMO — District Office
Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Response
The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) District Office is responsible for coordinating disaster risk reduction, preparedness, response, and recovery activities in the Ningo-Prampram District. Given the district's coastal location and vulnerability to flooding, the NADMO office plays a critical safety role for communities.
NADMO works closely with Ghana Police, Ghana Fire Service, Ghana Armed Forces, and community volunteers to ensure rapid and effective response to emergencies. The office also conducts public education on disaster preparedness to reduce vulnerability and build community resilience.
